Property Valuation & Sales

The Sales team deals with the disposal of commercial and non-commercial sites and properties on the open market through both Informal Tender and Auction. The range of property offered to the market is varied, including residential, former care homes, schools and libraries.

The Valuations team deals with delivery of the Council’s asset valuation programme, Right to Buy valuations and Compulsory Purchase acquisitions.
