Our Strategic Investment Property Management team deals with the implementation of the City Council’s Property Investment Strategy (2019-2024) with the aim of rationalising the commercial property portfolio through the sale of existing assets, purchasing and investing in new assets and making key decisions around investment in the retained portfolio.
