This team provides specialist advice on all operational land and properties within the Environment and Culture land and property portfolio, including libraries, leisure facilities, parks and open spaces. The team are involved in all aspects of operational asset management including, capital projects, feasibility studies, commissioning consultants, project development and advice on the grant of leases, licenses, and disposals.
